These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and the services provided by CryptoContent.dev, operated by David Wood, based in Scotland, UK. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
CryptoContent.dev provides content strategy, schema markup implementation, linkable asset building, and related services for cryptocurrency and Web3 businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. A written agreement or proposal constitutes the binding scope of work for that project.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:
- A deposit of 50% is required before work commences
- The remaining balance is due on delivery of final deliverables
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date
- Late payment may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. International payments are accepted. Any bank transfer fees or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the client.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the content and deliverables produced for a client transfers to that client. CryptoContent.dev retains the right to reference completed work in portfolio materials and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All content published on this website, including articles, guides, and sample work, remains the property of CryptoContent.dev unless otherwise stated.
Revisions
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as stated in the project agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Revisions requested after final sign-off are treated as a new project or amendment.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share client details, project specifics, or commercially sensitive information with third parties. Clients may request a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement before sharing sensitive materials.
Results and guarantees
We guarantee delivery of the agreed technical and content deliverables. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes including search engine rankings, AI citation rates, or backlink counts, as these depend on factors outside our control. Our disclaimer provides further detail on this. Nothing in these terms constitutes a guarantee of commercial results.
Limitation of liability
CryptoContent.dev's liability in connection with any project is limited to the value of fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damages arising from our services or from the use of content produced. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
